What We do

• We perform a 36 point inspection on during every AC maintenance service
  

• Check the refrigeration system for refrigerant leaks and proper pressure
  

• Make sure every mechanical part in the system is working in an optimal manner
  

• Check the electrical system to ensure maximum efficiency
  

• We check both the evaporator coil and the condenser coil and document condition
  

• Rinse the condenser coil during the maintenance
  

• Check and clear the evaporator coil pan
  

• Check and clear the condensate line of algae
  

• Provide a complete digital report via email after every inspection
